Data collected

Account: first name, last name, email, phone, password (stored encrypted, never in plain text), account type, and for a business the company name and its SIRET number.

Artist profile: stage name, specialties, region, city, travel distance, languages, status, SIRET, price, presentation texts, photos, video, links to social media and website, and an ID document for verification.

Booking requests: date, type of event, number of guests, length, city, messages exchanged, price offered, status and review.

Why

To run your account, pass on and follow booking requests, check the identity and seriousness of artists before publishing their profile, alert you by email to a new message, and answer your questions.

This processing is necessary for the service you ask for when creating an account. Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising.

Who can see it

The Abracagency team. The Artist sees the details of the request that concerns them, and the Client’s contact details once the booking is confirmed. An artist’s ID document, social media and website are only seen by the team.

Our technical providers: Convex (database), Cloudflare (website hosting), Lumail (sending emails) and Google Workspace (contact mailbox). Some are located in the United States; these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

How long

Data is kept as long as your account exists. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time; some information may be kept for the period required by law.

Cookies and storage

The site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tool. It only keeps your sign-in and the page to return to after signing in in your browser. No consent banner is therefore needed.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or get a copy, by writing to contact@abracagency.com.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
