Terms of use

Last updated: 4 November 2026. The French version of these terms prevails.

1. Purpose

Abracagency (abracagency.com) is a platform published by MHX GROUP LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States), represented by Maxime HENRY. It connects people and companies looking for an artist for an event (“Clients”) with magicians, mentalists and hypnotists (“Artists”).

These terms apply to anyone using the site. Creating an account means accepting them.

2. Role of Abracagency

Abracagency is an intermediary: the performance (show, entertainment) is delivered by the Artist, under their own responsibility. Abracagency does not guarantee the availability of an artist or the result of a performance.

Some featured profiles are managed directly by the Abracagency team, who answer requests on the artist’s behalf.

3. Accounts

To send a request or offer your services, you need an account with accurate information. Everyone is responsible for keeping their password confidential.

Abracagency may suspend or delete an account that does not follow these terms.

4. Booking requests

The Client chooses an artist and sends a request: date, type of event, length, number of guests, city and message. The price shown on the site is a starting price, and the estimate in the form is only a guide.

The Artist accepts the request at a price, or declines it. The booking is confirmed when the Client accepts that price. The Client’s contact details are then passed to the Artist to organise the performance.

At this time, no payment is made on the site. When online payment becomes available, these terms will be completed by terms of sale.

5. Messages and contact details

Each request has a message thread between the Client and the Artist. Until the booking is confirmed, phone numbers, email addresses, links and account names are hidden.

Artists agree not to use Abracagency to get bookings outside the platform. Their social media and website are not shown publicly.

6. Artists’ commitments

The Artist guarantees that the information on their profile is accurate and that they hold the rights to the photos, videos and texts they publish. They carry out their activity in line with the rules that apply to them (status, declarations, insurance).

Signing up is free. Each profile is reviewed by the team before it is published. Abracagency may charge a commission on bookings: its amount will be given to Artists before it is introduced.

7. Reviews

Only a Client whose booking took place can leave a review, after confirming the performance. Reviews are not bought, written or edited by Abracagency. Negative reviews are published like the others.

Abracagency may remove a review that is abusive, illegal or unrelated to the performance.

8. Cancellation

A request can be cancelled from the Client’s or the Artist’s area. A cancellation should remain exceptional and be reported to the other party as early as possible.

9. Liability

Abracagency does its best to keep the site available and accurate, without being able to guarantee it at all times. It cannot be held liable for a performance delivered by an Artist, nor for a dispute between a Client and an Artist. It will still help find a solution if contacted.

10. Changes and contact

These terms may change: the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. For any question: contact@abracagency.com.
